WCL offers streamlined resourcing to 100+ public organisations
Company News
WCL is now part of Public Sector Resourcing (PSR), a government framework used by over 100 government organisations, executive agencies, arm’s length bodies, blue light services, universities and local authorities across the UK.
As a member of the PSR framework, WCL is now able to provide Contingent Labour, Statement of Work and Recruit, Train, Deploy services to organisations across central government and the public sector.
WCL’s entry onto the PSR framework allows us to offer access to our pre-vetted, qualified personnel to this entire range of organisations. It also allows us to deepen our ongoing service to existing clients who utilise PSR, such as Network Rail, by being able to offer more flexible procurement options.
Delays in resourcing directly impact project timelines and costs. Being part of the PSR framework allows us to streamline this process, reducing the time required to onboard new staff and giving immediate confidence in the resource we place.
Ultimately, PSR facilitates a more direct and efficient partnership between WCL — as a source of talent — and the organisations who need it, enabling faster response times and improved project delivery.
WCL is at the heart of a rich network of infrastructure specialists and industry veterans. At a time when government is devolving power locally in order to boost infrastructure development, our addition to PSR is a boon for authorities looking to drive progress with reduced complexity and risk.
We’re proud to continue improving our ability to provide timely and compliant resourcing, an essential capability for the UK infrastructure industry if it is to meet its dynamic and growing needs.
