Senior Role Change: New Operations Director, Paul Ainsworth

WCL continues to grow as a company. We’re expanding our client base across the UK and further afield, while deepening the range of specialist consultancy services that we offer.

This expansion in capability calls for a wider senior team structure to provide oversight and momentum to a larger team and portfolio of works. To support this success, WCL delighted to welcome WCL director Paul Ainsworth into his new role as Operations Director at the company.

Paul has taken executive responsibility for daily operations across WCL, providing Managing Director Steven Stocks with increased bandwidth to focus on business development, client discovery and relationships, as well as further expansion of WCL’s expert consultancy arm.

With a growth framework in place, along with the capacity to serve a larger and more diverse client base, WCL is positioned to play an even bigger, more agile and more impactful role in driving rail infrastructure forward across the globe.
