New WCL Hire: Business Support Administrator

The WCL team is growing in 2025. We’re thrilled to welcome Ellie Harvey as our Business Support Administrator, a new role for the company.

Ellie comes from outside the rail sector, bringing valuable perspectives from her previous roles in HMRC and mortgage finance. She is responsible for the smooth operation of a range of our key administrative, financial and clerical processes, reporting to our Business Manager .

Hiring based on skill, ambition and attitude – rather than industry – is the core of our approach to talent development. Ellie’s quick adaptation to the role and great performance from day one is a clear indicator of the sense in this approach.

Her recruitment is another step in WCL’s development as a leading provider of consultancy services for the rail and infrastructure sectors. With the expansion of our business management team, WCL is poised to further scale its client base broaden our range of consultancy services in 2025.
