New WCL Hire: Barnaby Morton, Recruitment Director

We’re pleased to welcome Barnaby Morton to the WCL Infrastructure team as our new Recruitment Director.

Already a month into this new role and delivering great results, Barnie will help expand the conventional resourcing services that WCL Infrastructure already provide – enabling us to deliver even faster, more flexible, and highly experienced resource solutions. In addition to that, his expertise will support our growing capability to deliver self-delivered work packages for our clients.

With a decade of experience in infrastructure recruitment across the UK & Ireland, Barnaby’s expertise spans areas including legacy & on-board digital signalling, telecoms & networks, civils, power and rolling stock. He’s previously supported large signalling accounts including Siemens and Alstom, as well as in-depth multi-disciplinary work on major projects like Crossrail, making him a perfect fit for WCL Infrastructure.
